WAVE ENGAGESign up

Product

From the documents you already have to software that runs.

Wave Engage reads your requirements, process guides, pricing rules and FAQs, asks until nothing is left unclear, and shows you the plan and the cost before a line is built.

Illustrative preview of sample documents, follow-up questions, and a plan.

1Knowledge

  • Service-pricing.xlsx
  • Technician-handbook.pdf
  • Warranty-policy.docx
  • Dispatch-SOP.md

2Questions

  • Your pricing sheet adds 1.5x after hours. Who can approve that rate: dispatcher or manager?
  • The warranty covers parts for 12 months but labor for 90 days. Should quotes show that split?
  • The handbook mentions Priority 1 calls but never defines them. What qualifies?

3Plan & approval

  • Dispatch board
  • Quote builder
  • Warranty checks
  • Review & approve

Sample estimate

$200

Custom software shouldn't start with a guess.

Most businesses already know exactly how their work runs. It's written down in guides, spreadsheets and FAQs. Getting it turned into software is where it goes wrong.

  • Your knowledge gets lost in translation

    The usual way

You explain your process in meetings, someone rewrites it as a spec, and details fall out on the way.

    With Wave Engage

Your documents are the starting point. The AI works from what you wrote, in your words.

  • Questions surface too late

    The usual way

Gaps show up mid-build, when changing course costs the most.

    With Wave Engage

The AI asks its questions up front, before the plan is final.

  • The bill is a surprise

    The usual way

Quotes are vague, scope creeps, and you find out the cost after the work is done.

    With Wave Engage

You see the plan and the cost estimate, and nothing is built until you approve it.

How it works

One example, start to finish: a regional HVAC service company wants a dispatch and quoting app.

  1. 1

    Upload your knowledge

Add the documents your team already works from: requirements, process guides, pricing rules, FAQs.

    ExampleYou upload Service-pricing.xlsx, Technician-handbook.pdf, Warranty-policy.docx and Dispatch-SOP.md.

  2. 2

    Answer the follow-up questions

The AI reads everything and asks about the gaps, conflicts and edge cases, one question at a time, until the plan is complete.

Example"Your pricing sheet adds 1.5x after hours. Who can approve that rate: dispatcher or manager?" "The warranty covers parts for 12 months but labor for 90 days. Should quotes show that split?" "The handbook mentions Priority 1 calls but never defines them. What qualifies?"

  3. 3

Get a plan you can read

Your answers become a plan in plain language: what will be built, how it behaves, and the rules it follows.

ExampleDispatch board. Quote builder. Warranty checks. Review and approve.

  4. 4

Approve the plan and the cost

The plan comes with a cost estimate. Nothing is built until you approve both.

ExampleYou review the dispatch board, quote builder and warranty checks, confirm the estimate and click Approve plan.

  5. 5

AI agents build, review and test

A team of AI agents takes the approved plan. Planning breaks it down, building writes the code, testing checks it against your rules, and review checks the work.

ExampleAgents build the dispatch board and the quote builder, then review them.

  6. 6

    Deploy

Deploy when you approve. Expert review requires you to grant support access to your project. If you don't grant access, expert review isn't available.

ExampleDeploy the dispatch board and quote builder when you approve.

Your knowledge becomes the spec.

You don't need to write a requirements document in a special format. The policies, process guides and FAQs your team already uses are the input. Wave Engage reads them, finds what's missing or contradictory, and asks you, so the plan reflects how your business actually works.

  • Pricing rules and the 1.5x after-hours rate, in your words.
  • Warranty terms for parts and labor, settled before the build.
  • Priority definitions asked up front, where the handbook left a gap.

You approve the plan and the cost before anything is built.

Every project starts with a plan and a cost estimate you approve before anything is built. You see what will be built and what it will cost. If something's wrong, you say so before any work starts.

Expert review requires you to grant support access to your project. If you don't grant access, expert review isn't available.

How estimates work

A team of AI agents, not one chatbot.

One assistant doing everything checks its own homework. Wave Engage splits the work across agents with separate jobs, so each one checks another's work.

  • Planning

Turns the approved plan into ordered, buildable tasks.

  • Building

Writes the code for each task.

  • Testing

Checks the software against the rules in your plan, including the edge cases you answered.

  • Review

Reviews the work for problems before it ships.

What you get

Questions, answered honestly

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You bring documents and answers. The agents write the code.

What documents should I upload?

Whatever your team already uses to run the process. In the HVAC example above, that's the pricing sheet, technician handbook, warranty policy and dispatch SOP. Messy and incomplete is fine; that's what the questions are for.

What if my documents contradict each other or leave things out?

That's expected. The AI points out the conflict or gap and asks you to settle it before the plan is final.

Is this just a chatbot that writes code?

No. The questions lead to a plan you approve, and separate planning, building, testing and review agents do the work.

When do I find out what it costs?

Before anything is built. The plan comes with a cost estimate, and building starts only after you approve it.

Can I change the plan?

Yes. Raise it during the questions or before you approve. Nothing is built until you do.

Can I take the code with me?

Code exports need two factors. Exports are two-factor, single-download and recorded in the audit log. The second factor is the customer's recovery key or a different user's approval, and the requester cannot be that second user.

What kind of software can I build?

Custom business software that runs on rules your team has written down, like the HVAC dispatch and quoting app above.
